Morrissey befriended Billy circa 1984 & he is the most likely muse for the above Recording. They met up at Morrisseys Kensington flat in the spring of 1984. The pair apparently spent hours searching for some common ground, But ultimately there wasn't any. Morrissey described Billy as, ' Very erratic, Quite indescribable, He was like a whirlwind. He simply swept into the place & he seemed to be instantly all over the room ...
