Captain Ringo (Brock Roberts) and Ensign Scottmon (Derek Antosh) of the Intergalactic Union of Planets, have commandeered a vessel from their comrade, "Raincoat" (Tom Jenson), and are contacted by their old friend, and Starcade outlaw, Captain Jack (Cam Wright) who is in need of their help. Meanwhile the IUP has had enough of RIngo's reckless and destructive antics, and has assigned the Admiral (Matt Jenson) to bring Ringo in to face charges, but Emperor Zurgionemon (Josh Pritchard) would rather have vengeance and see him dead than face a trial. Ringo is then faced with a difficult decision: help Captain Jack find a fugitive, or turn himself in to the IUP for court-martial.
